Brother and Sister

I made a decision right after I had Ethan that I wanted his next sibling to be close in age.

I always wanted a twin growing up, so I decided to give him the closest thing to it.

My babies are only 14 months apart!

They are slowly starting to play together more as Lydia gets older,

and it is the SWEETEST thing.

Ethan's most recent thing is he learned how to climb into sisters crib.

So he'll climb in there, and she will start giggling.

Then he grabs her hand and they just hang out for a little while.

It makes my heart turn into a big mush of melted somethin'

I love these little ones.

Pumpkin Patch Party

To start off the week we took the babies to the pumpkin patch!

It was really good to spend time with my little family, and enjoy the nice weather.

Going to the pumpkin patch is my favorite October tradition, as cliche as it may be.

The babies just love it so much!

Don't you know you're my best friend?

I think this is a good thing to remember about our husbands, even on the harder days.

After all this is why we married them right?

I love mine, and he is my best friend.

Feeling mighty lucky about that.

go give your loved ones a kiss,

DIY balloon pumpkin patch for toddlers

I found this fun idea "here",
and decided to do it myself
with what I could get quickly.

It's a pumpkin patch made out of balloons!
How cute is that??
I fixed it up during nap time and my babies
were THRILLED when they woke up and got to
play with balloons!
This is a really simple, cute, and fun activity.
I hope you love it as much as we did,

Here's what you'll need.

There are five steps.
1. Cut your green paper ( I used napkins because that's what I had on hand, be creative!) into strips until you have a fringe like photo #2.
2. Blow up your balloons, I blew up 20 while watching The Vampire Diaries ;)
3. Simply wrap a little of the fringe around the "bottom" of the balloon and tape on.

4. Draw cute faces on your pumpkins, I am no artist so mine are as simple as it gets! haha

5. You are finished! Enjoy with your sweet babies!

Marina Bridals- stylized shoot

I've come to realize that Kyle and I are quite unconventional.

We got married 2 months after being engaged, but instead of having the reception we planned on.

We decided one Sunday, to get married that very Friday.

It was small, no professional photographer, a few friends.

I've grown to love that day more and more.

But I missed not having pictures taken! So here two years later we took some bridals.

This was actually a stylized shoot for my Jewelry company Borcik.

I stylized and planned this shoot, and had the opportunity to work with some AMAZING talent.

Here are some of my favorite photos from the shoot.

(I'll share the video with you guys soon!)

love always,
